Returns & Exchanges

At Aquarium Co-Op, we want you to love your aquatic-inspired apparel as much as your hobby. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original condition.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your return authorization.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
